In group counselling, a small group of 6 to10 students will meet on a regular basis with a counsellor on a specific topic of interest, e.g. self-discovery, interpersonal relationships, career interest exploration, etc. The group activities and interactions between group members will provide you with an opportunity to share experiences, give and receive support or feedback, and learn new ways of communication.
