The Memorandum of Understanding for Education Cooperation between TAR UMT and GHVC was signed on 28 August 2023.  TAR UMT and GHVC were agreed to develop, promote and cooperate with one another in various activities such as: sharing of academic knowledge and best practices; staff and student engagements; and fostering partnerships and long term relationships with one another.
