The Memorandum of Understanding between TAR UMT and SGVTCN was signed on 1 April 2024.  TAR UMT and SGVTCN were agreed to develop, promote and cooperate with one another in various activities such as: sharing of academic knowledge and best practices; staff and student engagements; and fostering partnerships and long term relationships with one another.
