On 26 June 2024, senior officials from FJWCEP visited TAR UMT to further strengthen their collaborative efforts. This visit, following the Intercollegiate Cooperation Agreement signed in December 2023, focused on discussing ongoing joint research projects, student and faculty exchange programs, and the development of new initiatives aimed at enhancing academic and cultural ties between the two institutions.

On 10 December 2023, FJWCEP and TAR UMT signed an Intercollegiate Cooperation Agreement, marking the start of a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing academic exchange, joint research initiatives, and mutual cultural understanding. This agreement will facilitate student and faculty exchanges, collaborative research projects, and the development of joint academic programs, fostering innovation and global perspectives in the fields of water conservancy, electric power, and management technology.
