Penny Tay, is another student from a single-parent family, who shared: “My mother’s recent cancer diagnosis shook our family. She needs regular hospital visits, and I have been working part-time to help. Initially, I wasn’t sure if I could continue my studies because the PTPTN loan doesn’t fully cover my tuition. This scholarship has been a lifeline, reducing our financial stress and allowing me to pursue my studies.”
