The green, green grass of Sky Field, TAR UMT Arena, was painted with vibrant colours and team spirit during the Staff Team Building and Telematch 2026 held on 2 August 2026.
True to this year’s football-centric theme in conjunction with World Cup 2026, 19 staff teams turned up in their vibrant coloured kits, including team flags, motivational chants, and banners to liven up the festivities ahead of the activities held at Arena for the first time.
The first half of the event featured football-themed telematches where teams compete in various relay races to win as many points as possible to get ahead of the competition. Following a brief half-time break, the second half kicked off with team-building activities that emphasised teamwork and communication, allowing teams to build a closer bond with their colleagues.
It may have been a tiring day, but the fun-filled games, spirited telematches, and rewarding interactions made for plenty of memorable moments for the TARCian community on that Sunday morning.
