Deputy Director (Department of Corporate Communication and Marketing)
The successful candidate will be assisting the Director in the overall formulation of publicity and marketing strategies including the organization of events, advertising campaigns, collaboration programmes, community projects and related marketing programmes. The candidate will also be involved with the writing and production of internal and external materials for publicity. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, good in writing of speeches, press releases and copywriting. Must be proficient in English and Mandarin.
Manager, Consultancy and Commercialisation (Centre for Business Incubation and Entrepreneurial Ventures)
The successful candidate will be responsible to spearhead business development and overall consultancy and commercialisation initiatives in the Centre. The candidate is expected to create or take in projects, finalizing collaboration model and facilitate consultancy/MOA. The candidate is also responsible for the project orchestration and moderation including coordinating student and research resources and facilitate project resources. In addition, the candidate is responsible for the project management including budgeting, documentation/reporting, resources sourcing and facilitating pilot/deployment test and providing technical and science advisory services.
Manager, Division of Research and Development (Centre for Postgraduate Studies and Research)
The successful candidate will be responsible to develop and review the existing policies, guidelines and SOPs on research related matters and administer internal and external grants. The candidate is expected to handle all research related activities, including monitor and report on progress of all researchers, automation of the research project administration and coordinate the research survey from government agencies. In addition, the candidate is expected to coordinate the submission for QS Ranking, e-MyRA, SETARA and monitor the Enterprise Risk Management data.
Manager (Department of Corporate Communication and Marketing)
The successful candidate is responsible for executing advertising campaigns, organization of events and community projects for the Institution. The candidate will also be responsible for the writing and production of internal and external materials for publicity including speeches and press releases. The candidate is also expected to develop and maintain good working relations with the media.
Executive, Internal Audit
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the preparation of audit programmes, checklists and audit procedures, conduct audit fieldwork according to audit plan, maintain proper and complete audit work papers. The candidate is also expected to prepare draft audit report to the Head of Division with audit findings and appropriate recommendations. Candidate:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of the e-learning system, provide support and conduct workshops / training to students and staff on the use of the e-learning system, develop web services and applications for e-learning.

Estate Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out new building projects, detailed inspections of buildings and campus compound, execute all operation & maintenance activities of the campus as well as supervise all works being carried out by contractors and suppliers.
