MANAGEMENT / ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

Deputy Director (Centre for Continuing and Professional Education)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the extension education, professional training, customized corporate training, certification training, personal development, lifelong training programmes, study tours, in-bound and outbound student mobility programmes, staff and students exchange and customised corporate mobility programmes. The candidate should be able to design, develop and organise training and development for students, staff, alumnus and external clients. In addition, the candidate should also be able to collaborate with external agencies, government departments, oversea universities, industries and partners to forge links and collaborations as well as identify and explore potential market, business and opportunities pertaining to the activities of the Centre.

  • • Candidate should possess a recognised Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications with minimum of 10 years’ working experience in Training and Development capacity.
  • • Candidate must possess excellent communication, leadership, management and interpersonal skills.

 

Manager (Human Resource)
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the functions of human resource services in the University College including but not limited to manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefit and human resource systems. The candidate will also be responsible to coordinate budgets and reports for submission to the Board/Ministry/Agencies.

  • Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's degree with good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and human resource practice.
  • Candidate must be matured and possess excellent leadership, planning, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in institutions of higher learning.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English Language.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 process.

  

Executive, Internal Audit
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the preparation of audit programmes, checklists and audit procedures, conduct audit fieldwork according to audit plan, maintain proper and complete audit work papers. The candidate is also expected to prepare draft audit report to the Head of Division with audit findings and appropriate recommendations. Candidate:

  • • Should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration or related field with minimum CGPA of 3.25 or professional accounting qualifications. Preferably with 4 years’ working experience in Internal Audit. Fresh graduates with data analysis skills and knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python or R Language may apply.
  • • Should have sound knowledge of operational control principles and practices.
  • • Should be able to work independently, proactive and result oriented to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • • Should be a good team player.

  

IT Personnel
i) Teaching & Learning Support Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of the e-learning system, provide support and conduct workshops / training to students and staff on the use of the e-learning system, develop web services and applications for e-learning.

  • • Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25. Fresh graduates may apply.

ii) Software Developer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of system applications.

  • • Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Fresh graduates may apply.

 

Clinical Psychologist
The successful candidate will be responsible to identify, provide clinical assessment and psychotherapy for psychological, emotional or behavioral issues; formulating and creating personalized interventions, treatments, and management plans for students; provides crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment; conduct research and locate appropriate referrals and deliver joint service provision where relevant and ensuring the maintenance and safe storage of students' records and all other pertinent documents. The candidate is also expected to design, plan and conduct group works, preventive workshops and other appropriate activities to promote and facilitate students' mental and emotional wellbeing.

  • • Candidate should possess a recognized Master?s degree in clinical psychological with relevant work experience in a higher education environment.
  • • An accredited psychologist status with a reputable professional body/board, preferably The Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology.
  • • Good knowledge of mental health issues and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

 

Estate Officer (Based at Kuala Lumpur and Penang Campus)
The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out detailed inspections of buildings and campus compound, execute all operation & maintenance activities of the campus as well as supervise all works being carried out by contractors and suppliers.

  • • Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other related field with minimum 2 years’ working experience.

 

Marketing Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing related activities such as education fairs, school visits, open day and other events deemed necessary.

  • • Candidate should possess a recognised degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Marketing / Mass Communication or qualifications in the relevant field.

 

Senior Assistant Registrar / Assistant Registrar (Based at Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor and Sabah Branch Campuses)
The successful candidate will be responsible for all office administration, managing and supervision of staff as well as preparation of documents, minutes of meetings and reports. Candidate:

  • • Should possess a recognised Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 or equivalent qualification.
  • • With working experience in an educational institution is preferred.

 

Administrative Assistant
The successful candidate is expected to perform a wide variety of administrative support services which includes maintenance of a comprehensive administrative filing system and any other tasks as may be assigned.

  • •Candidate should possess a recognised Diploma / Advanced Diploma qualification. Candidate should be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
