Deputy Director (Department of Human Resource)
The successful candidate will be responsible to assist the Director in the development, implementation and evaluation of all human resource and industrial relations policies and the overall management and administration of human resource and industrial relations issues in the University College. He is to provide support, guidance and advice on all human resource operational matters within the University College and the Department of Human Resource.
Deputy Director (Centre for Continuing and Professional Education)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the extension education, professional training, customized corporate training, certification training, personal development, lifelong training programmes, study tours, in-bound and outbound student mobility programmes, staff and students exchange and customised corporate mobility programmes. The candidate should be able to design, develop and organise training and development for students, staff, alumnus and external clients. In addition, the candidate should also be able to collaborate with external agencies, government departments, oversea universities, industries and partners to forge links and collaborations as well as identify and explore potential market, business and opportunities pertaining to the activities of the Centre.
Manager (Human Resource)
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the functions of human resource services in the University College including but not limited to manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefit and human resource systems. The candidate will also be responsible to coordinate budgets and reports for submission to the Board/Ministry/Agencies.
Manager (Quality Assurance)
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the formulation, implementation, monitoring and review of quality assurance policies and systems pertaining to academic standards, learning opportunities, management of quality and standard as well as ensuring that internal control and operative systems are in place for effective corporate governance. The candidate is expected to liaise with government agencies and accreditation bodies, both local and overseas and be familiar with the auditing processes of these bodies. IT Personnel
i) Technical Engineer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuring, testing, implementing, troubleshooting and providing technical support on ICT hardware and software, planning, managing and maintaining documentation on the ICT equipment and procedures.
ii) Laboratory Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and administration of the computer laboratories including planning, maintaining and troubleshooting of computers.
iii) Teaching & Learning Support Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of the e-learning system, provide support and conduct workshops / training to students and staff on the use of the e-learning system, develop web services and applications for e-learning.
iv) Application Analyst
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of system applications.
Activities and Sports Coordinator
Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Sport Science.
Estate Officer (Based at Kuala Lumpur and Penang Campus)
The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out detailed inspections of buildings and campus compound, execute all operation & maintenance activities of the campus as well as supervise all works being carried out by contractors and suppliers.
Senior Assistant Registrar / Assistant Registrar
