Deputy Director (Centre for Continuing and Professional Education)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the extension education, professional training, customized corporate training, certification training, personal development, lifelong training programmes, study tours, in-bound and outbound student mobility programmes, staff and students exchange and customised corporate mobility programmes. The candidate should be able to design, develop and organise training and development for students, staff, alumnus and external clients. In addition, the candidate should also be able to collaborate with external agencies, government departments, oversea universities, industries and partners to forge links and collaborations as well as identify and explore potential market, business and opportunities pertaining to the activities of the Centre.
Manager (Human Resource)
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the functions of human resource services in the University College including but not limited to manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefit and human resource systems. The candidate will also be responsible to coordinate budgets and reports for submission to the Board/Ministry/Agencies.
Executive, Internal Audit
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the preparation of audit programmes, checklists and audit procedures, conduct audit fieldwork according to audit plan, maintain proper and complete audit work papers. i) Teaching & Learning Support Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of the e-learning system, provide support and conduct workshops / training to students and staff on the use of the e-learning system, develop web services and applications for e-learning.
ii) Software Developer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of system applications.
Clinical Psychologist
The successful candidate will be responsible to identify, provide clinical assessment and psychotherapy for psychological, emotional or behavioral issues; formulating and creating personalized interventions, treatments, and management plans for students; provides crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment; conduct research and locate appropriate referrals and deliver joint service provision where relevant and ensuring the maintenance and safe storage of students' records and all other pertinent documents. The candidate is also expected to design, plan and conduct group works, preventive workshops and other appropriate activities to promote and facilitate students' mental and emotional wellbeing.
Estate Officer (Based at Kuala Lumpur and Penang Campus)
The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out detailed inspections of buildings and campus compound, execute all operation & maintenance activities of the campus as well as supervise all works being carried out by contractors and suppliers.
Marketing Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing related activities such as education fairs, school visits, open day and other events deemed necessary.
Senior Assistant Registrar / Assistant Registrar (Based at Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor and Sabah Branch Campuses)
