Manager (Quality Assurance)
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the formulation, implementation, monitoring and review of quality assurance policies and systems pertaining to academic standards, learning opportunities, management of quality and standard as well as ensuring that internal control and operative systems are in place for effective corporate governance. The candidate is expected to liaise with government agencies and accreditation bodies, both local and overseas and be familiar with the auditing processes of these bodies. The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee the operations of Libraries at Kuala Lumpur Main Campus and Branch Campuses in the area of collection development and management, circulation of library materials and automation. The candidate is expected to plan and manage projects and review, implement and maintain policies and procedures in the Library. Candidate:
i) Technical Support Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of installing, managing and maintaining of LCD projectors and computer system in teaching venues; maintaining documentation on the equipment. The candidate will also be responsible for the sourcing, planning, implementing, administrating and maintaining of the surveillance CCTV and door access system.
ii) Application Analyst
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of system applications.
iii) System Administrator
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and maintenance of AIX based operating systems and TIAS servers. Candidate:
iv) Database Administrator
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and maintenance of Informix and TIAS database.
v) Software Developer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of system applications.
vi) Systems Engineer
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and maintaining of servers and its applications, systems and security, review and maintain ICT documentation on the server, applications and hardware configurations.
vii) Network Engineer
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, managing and maintaining the Institution network infrastructure and network security, review and maintain IT documentation of the network infrastructure.
viii) Laboratory Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and administration of the computer laboratories including planning, maintaining and troubleshooting of computers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing related activities such as education fairs, school visits, open day and other events deemed necessary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and administration of the laboratories in:
(i) Faculty of Engineering and Technology
Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in civil engineering, material engineering, mechatronics or qualification in the relevant field.
(ii) Faculty of Built Environment
Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in construction management, estate management, or qualification in the relevant field.
Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications. Candidate with at least 2 years’ working experience in accounting and financial management is preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out detailed inspections of buildings and campus compound, execute all maintenance and construction activities in the Institution as well as supervise works being carried out by outside agencies.
The successful candidate will provide services and programmes to assist students in achieving mental and emotional well-being through individual counselling, career guidance, personal growth group and self-enrichment workshops or programmes, etc.
Corporate Communications Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible to translate all press releases, education supplement write-ups, TAR UC advertisements, TAR UC’s report for MCA annual report from English to Mandarin and prepare mandarin write-ups for Chinese education magazines. The candidate will also need to cover events and manage the website and production of University College newsletter.
Activities & Sports Coordinator
Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Sport Science.
Senior Assistant Registrar / Assistant Registrar
The successful candidate will be responsible for all office administration, managing and supervision of staff as well as preparation of documents, minutes of meetings and reports. Candidate:
Student Affairs Officer

The candidate will largely but not solely involved in student financial loans, support services, coordinate campus activities and monitoring student facilities.
Computer Technical Assistant
The candidate will be responsible in providing technical support on ICT hardware and software, configuring, implementing, testing, troubleshooting of ICT equipment, maintaining documentation on the ICT equipment and procedures. Candidate:
