Pawwen Phua Poh Boon won the 3rd Prize for Men’s Shoes Category and Janet Tay See Chia won The Most Promising Designer for Ladies Shoes Category in Malaysia Footwear Design Competition (MFDC) Grand Finals. The competition was in conjunction with Malaysia International Shoes Festival (MISF) 2011.
10 other TARC students also from Diploma in Fashion Design, competed in MFDC Grand Finals and won consolation prizes for Creative Arts Category, Miniature Shoes Category and Creative Footwear Category.
